Return PolicyWe are confident that you will love your merchandise. In the unlikely event, you need to return any or all of your goods, we offer a 30 Day Limited Money Back Guarantee return policy. For returns on items that are not damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your merchandise using our contact form. Please include your order number and the reason for your return in your message. Within 48 business hours, we will e-mail you a return authorization including return procedures. Because we provide subsidized shipping, we charge a 20% restocking fee items returned within 30 days of receipt due to reasons other than shipping damage or defect. Items damaged due to improper use or assembly cannot be returned. Once your merchandise has been returned to us and is in resellable condition, we will credit your credit card less restocking fees, shipping charges and the cost of return shipping. For merchandise that arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately (within 30 days) using our contact form. We will make immediate arrangements to have a replacement item or part sent to you at no cost to you. At our option, we may request the return of the damaged or defective part or item and will send a return shipping label if so requested. Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you refuse an order, it will then fall under our standard return policy, where round trip shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Additionally, certain custom items are not returnable. Because we custom size fit all covers for chairs, loveseats, and ottomans, they are not returnable. If you have any questions about whether an item can be returned, please call us. Expedited processing and expedited shipping charges are not refundable.
