We Offer Great Value
Unlike many other
retailers, we don't build the price of shipping into the price of our product.
Our shipping, delivery and processing charges are meant to cover the costs
associated with delivering the product to you safely and undamaged, and they
are always listed separately so you know exactly what you're paying for.
Compare our prices against others and you'll find that our total price on every
item — including shipping — offers an excellent value, and the quality of our
service is the best you'll find anywhere.
Standard Shipping
and Processing
The estimated
standard shipping duration is approximately 5-10 business days with the
exception of some items that are manufactured to order; in which case an
estimated shipped date will be stated accompanied by a phone call notifying you
of the manufacturer's timeline. Note:
Items sent directly from our suppliers may take longer, and items ordered
together may not arrive in the same box. Orders being shipped to AK or HI will
be charged an additional $250 for standard shipping and processing.

Because
furniture, rugs and other large items are bulky, heavy, and may require freight
class shipping, these items have a delivery and processing surcharge; this
charge is listed in parentheses (+$) above the item price and is in addition to
regular delivery and processing charges, which are listed under Delivery and Processing Charges above.
Rush
Delivery and Processing
For an
extra charge of $20 per item, we can arrange for rush delivery to most
destinations. Note: Rush service is not
available for some oversized items, out of stock items, for items shipped from
the manufacturer or for items shipped outside the contiguous 48 states.
We Deliver
Your Product Quickly
Most of
our items that can be shipped using standard carriers like UPS and FedEx arrive
in 7 business days or less. Larger
furniture items that are in stock are delivered within 1 to 3 weeks, depending
on your location. Once shipped, we will
email you shipping information including tracking number(s), shipping service
name, telephone number and website (when available) to track your order. Larger items like many futon frames require
freight shipping. Once shipped via
truck, you will need to contact the freight carrier and establish mutually
agreeable receipt arrangements. You will need to be present to sign for the
goods. Please note that all freight shipments are to the curbside only on a
through street. You are responsible for moving the items into your home from
the drop off location. Freight delivery personnel are not required to move the
item beyond the drop off location (some will do so if you ask politely and
offer a nice tip).
